Foreclosure

Deed-in-Lieu of Foreclosure

Often borrowers desire to sign over the title of their property to the client in lieu of foreclosure. This alternative provides the client immediate title to the property rather than waiting months for completion of a foreclosure action. Dale & Decker, LLC is prepared and trained to effectively and promptly facilitate the legal documentation necessary to complete the transfer of title by virtue of a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure.
